Privacy Policy

Kriftl AI Graphic Design is built by Sixten Ohman as a calm, curious studio space for exploring ideas with AI assistance. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain words, what the app collects, what it leaves alone, and the choices you have. Effective date: 21.10.2026.

A studio without sign-in

Kriftl AI Graphic Design has no user accounts. You will not be asked to register, create a password, or give us your name or email address to start exploring. We do not ask for your contacts, precise location, or similar personal details to use the app.

What does pass through the studio

To turn your ideas into visuals, the app sends the content you choose to submit, such as text prompts and any material you add to a request, to our servers so a design can be generated and returned to you. The app also works with limited technical information needed to run, such as basic device and app details, purchase and subscription status, and anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers used by the services described below. We do not use this information to build a profile of who you are.

Where your ideas are generated

Generations run on the developer's own backend, operated for Sixten Ohman. Your prompts and related content are processed there for the purpose of creating your results and keeping the service working properly. We do not sell your content or your personal data.

The partners in the room

Two third-party services help the app run. Apple App Store: distributes the app and handles all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Adapty: helps the app understand whether a subscription is active and provides subscription analytics, such as purchase, renewal and cancellation events, so we can show you the right features and improve how plans are offered. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to have a look at them.

Payments stay with Apple

Purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. Your payment card and billing details are handled by Apple and are not shared with us. We receive only the information needed to confirm what you have purchased, and where Adapty is used, it tracks subscription status and related analytics on our behalf.

How long things are kept

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to generate your designs, operate and secure the app, manage subscriptions, and meet any legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or made anonymous. Information held by Apple or Adapty is retained according to their own policies.

Your rights, your choices

You may ask to access the personal data we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Because there are no accounts, we may need some detail from you, such as information about your request or purchase, to find the right data. You can also manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings, and you can stop all collection by the app by deleting it from your device. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and you are welcome to exercise them by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

If the way the app handles information changes, we will update this policy and revise the effective date below. Continuing to use the app after an update means the new version applies.
