Terms of Use

Welcome to Kriftl AI Graphic Design, a place to explore ideas with AI assistance and shape them into a visual direction. These Terms of Use are the ground rules for the studio, offered by Sixten Ohman. They are written to be readable, so please take a few minutes with them. Effective date: 21.10.2026.

Stepping inside

By downloading, opening or using Kriftl AI Graphic Design, you agree to these Terms. If they do not feel right for you, please do not use the app.

Your licence to create

Sixten Ohman grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store rules. This licence lets you use the app; it does not transfer ownership of the app to you.

Keeping the studio a good place

Please explore freely, and responsibly. You agree not to use the app to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights, including copyright, trademark or privacy. You also agree not to copy, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the app or its backend, or to use it in a way that breaks any applicable law. We may limit or suspend access if the app is misused.

Your ideas and what you make

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and material you bring to the app. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the designs you generate. You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use your results, including checking that they do not infringe anyone else's rights before using them, for example commercially. AI output can be unpredictable and similar results may be produced for other people, so we cannot promise that any result is unique or protectable. You give us permission to process your content as needed to generate results and operate the app.

What belongs to the app

The app itself, including its design, software, branding, name and other materials, belongs to Sixten Ohman or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the licence above, no rights are granted to you.

Subscriptions and billing through Apple

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. All payments, billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by the Apple App Store through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within that window, as set by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies.

An honest note on results

The app is provided as is and as available. We hope it sparks good ideas, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that generated designs will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sixten Ohman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or any generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

When the terms evolve

As the studio grows, these Terms may change. When they do, we will update them and revise the effective date. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
